Schools closed down over SAF aerial attacks

Schools in the border with Sudan have been closed in fear of further bomb attacks after four people were killed and 9 wounded by Sudanese war planes in Aweil West on Wednesday.

The Acting Governor of Northern Bahr El Ghazal State, Salva Chol, says learning has been suspended for two weeks to allow investigations to take place.

Sudan had said it carried out the attack because South Sudan is harboring and supporting the SPLM-North rebels.

South Sudan has dismissed the claim.
