Yesterday the Leadership Committee deliberated on three chapters of the Bahir Dar Document, which were discussed on the 22nd of September.

These include transitional security arrangements, resources, economic, and financial management, and transitional justice, reconciliation, and healing process.

“The discussion and harmonization of the Bahir Dar Document by the two committees is expected to continue until Wednesday this week.”

The Leadership Committee consists of negotiators from the Government, the SPLM-SPLA In Opposition and the Former Political Detainees.
