Juba Teaching Hospital says the cases of cholera in juba town alone have reached to 903 cases.

The Director General of juba teaching hospital, Dr. Wani Lolik Lodu, told Eye Radio this evening that the cholera patients who are admitted in the hospital are improving,

He said they have discharged 644 patients so far.

Dr. Lolik said the hospital has not recorded any new cholera deaths in Juba. He attributed the drop to media awareness campaigns.

“The media contribution has really contributed a lot and our staff in the treatment center are confident,” he added.

Dr. Lolik urges the public to follow the cholera prevention massages being played on stations like Eye Radio to prevent them from cholera.
