The prosecution team in the hearing of the four detainees has been summoned to present all its witnesses before the court tomorrow.

The hearing that lasted less than 30 minutes today was adjourned until tomorrow.

This was because the prosecution side failed to present two Army Generals to the court to give their testimonies.

Last Friday before the court adjourned, the prosecution said that it would present these two of their prime witnesses.

However, the two Army generals did not show up.

When asked why the two did not appear before the court today by the judges, the leader of the Defense Counsel, James Mayen Oka, said the two have been sent by the government on official duties.

He said one of the two has been sent to Mombasa, and the other to Malakal.

The Defense team demanded that the General in the country appear before the court.

After consulting amongst themselves, the panel of five judges summoned the prosecution team to present all the remaining prosecution witnesses before the court tomorrow, with exception of the two Generals.

Among the four witnesses who will be presented tomorrow is the Minister of Internal Affairs, Major General Aleu Ayieny Aleu.
