Renk: 2 die in a village attack

Unknown gunmen killed two people in an attack on Wounamet village yesterday, according to the commissioner of Renk County, Upper Nile state.

The deceased were brothers.

Mr. Lual Deng Chol told Eye Radio that the attackers killed the two brothers in their house. It’s unclear why the gunmen attacked and killed them.

Mr said the county Security Committee has visited the village to investigate into the incident.
