The department of animal resources and fisheries in Yei River County says it lacks funds to invest in its fishing industry. It says this has mad the industry not to be properly utilized.
The department’s assistant commissioner, Milton Ismail, says the sector can be an alternative to generate revenue to the country’s economy.
