Authorities in Yei River County in Central Equatoria State, say three teachers accused of examination malpractices will be sacked and handed over to the police.

The teachers are said to have leaked mock examination questions to primary eight pupils last month.

The deputy county education director, Amos Alexandria, told Eye Radio that the results of the schools in which pupils cheated the exams have been withheld.

“Those schools proved that they have cheated the examinations…These teachers are to be terminated not only termination but they also to be handed over to the police,” Mr Alexandria said.
