The National Legislative Assembly says it will investigate foreign and national companies over $250 million allocated for fuel supply.

Yesterday, members of the house urged the assembly to investigate the whereabouts of the amount that was awarded to companies to supply the country with fuel.

The speaker of the National Assembly says the parliament will find out how the companies have spent the amount allocated to them for supplying fuel.

Manaseh Mangok Rundial says both the national and foreign companies which were contracted should account for the money in whatever way it has been exhausted.

The names of the companies were not mentioned in the parliament.
