Lack of awareness affect blood donation

Some residents of Juba say lack of awareness has limited their chances to donate blood. The South Sudan Red Cross Society says there is no enough blood in the National Blood Bank.

It is calling on people to donate blood to save lives. But residents say most of them don’t know the procedures for donating blood.

Joseph Lukak is the branch director for Central Equatoria State. He speaks with Ray.
