A patrol force has been deployed along the Juba-Nimule road after reports of increased attacks by armed men on travelers.
This week alone, three vehicles were attacked in separate incidents, leaving at least two people dead and several others wounded.
“They will be there until we make sure that everything is okay,” Brigadier Daniel Justin, the spokesperson for police, told Eye Radio.
