45,000 people will benefit from water points being constructed in Ezo County, Western Equatoria State.
The County commissioner says the construction of the modern water points is underway and will complete soon.
“They have dug the boreholes and they’ve put the solar system already up,” Albert Modie told Eye Radio’s Dawn Program.
He hoped that by next month, the people of Ezo will have access to clean drinking water.
Commissioner Modie said the people of Ezo are facing difficulties in getting clean and safe drinking water during this rainy season.
He said the water points will solve their problems. The water project is being funded by the UN-Habitat.
