The Minister of Justice, Paulino Wanawilla, has advised legal counsels with the Arabic background to start using English in handling cases.

The 30 counsels have been undergoing training in English language for the past three years.

“They should be able to read and write at least in English,” reported Eye Radio’s Ray Okech, who attended the closing on Wednesday.
