Trader shot dead by unidentified men in Yambio

A 53-year-old trader was shot dead by unidentified armed men in Yambio County of Western Equatoria State.

That’s according to Acting Western Equatoria State Police Commissioner, Major General Ishag Abud.

General Ishag told Eye Radio the late trader, Justine Agbiamamu was shot in Kidi Payam while on his motorcycle at 6 PM.

The businessman was said to be the paramount chief of Yangeri Payam in Ezo County.

The police officer says no suspects have been arrested in connection with the gruesome killing.

“Yesterday, on 30th August, at around 6 pm in Gangura at a payam called Kidi a civilian was killed. His name is Justin Agbiamamu, he is 53 years old and a trader in Yambio,” General Abud said.

“He was shot while on a motorcycle by unidentified armed men now the body is in Yambio hospital and will be taken to Yangiri Payam the culprits are not yet arrested, the body was burned with the motorcycle”.
