The Minister of Defense, Kuol Manyang Juuk, says the SPLA has not completed the redeployment of forces outside Juba under the peace agreement.

The agreement states that all the soldiers should be redeployed 25 kilometers outside the capital to allow a joint force of almost 5,000 to provide security in Juba during the transitional period.

The redeployment started in November, with the first batch of 250 soldiers moved to Mugeri, along the Juba-Bor road.

The government relaunched the redeployment in Juba last month.
