Author : | Published: Thursday, June 18, 2015

Armed men robbed its offices in Juba this morning. They took money and computers, the administration of PALICA has said.

Palica is hosting the offices of the Catholic Church. “They picked some laptops and some money. All our drawers have been disorganized,” Alice Juan, sister at the center, told Eye Radio.

The watchman was the only person in the compound at the time of the incident.

Sister Juan says the watchman has been taken by the police for interrogation. She says the amount of stolen money is yet to be established.

The incident follows an attack on the offices of the humanitarian agency, Catholic Relief Services, in Bor yesterday and a similar attack on the offices of the Food and Agriculture Organization last week.
