Young Stars of Torit eased their way to the semifinals of the South Sudan Cup by thumping City Stars of Yei 6 -3 in an entertaining  game played at Juba Stadium Tuesday while Al Salaam of Wau beat Wanjok united 4 – 0 to progress to the semifinals in Aweil.

The South Sudan Cup continues today with Koryom FC of Bor playing Super Eagle FC of Yambio in Juba today, while Kwajok united play Rumbek City Fc of Rumbek in Aweil.

Al Hilal of Juba and Nile Eagle of Nimule both progressed to the semifinals without kicking a ball as both their opponents didn’t show up for the games.

Tusker FC beat Nabagu West fc 4 – 1 in the third division while Bill Farm FC lost 1-0 to fire boys in the second division Tuesday in Yambio.

Today, Green star play Kisanga United in the 3rd division and Mugongo United play Rhino FC in the 2nd division.

In Maridi, John Bosco lost 3 – 2 to New Nation in the second division Tuesday.
