Kajo –Keji and Yei Counties have raised concerns about the robberies along the roads linking their counties to Juba.

Last week, the office of the Kajo Keji County Commissioner reported an incident of robbery.

It said the armed men attacked cars and robbed travelers of their valuables.

Mary Kiden, Member of Parliament representing Kajo Keji says the bad state of the roads have also contributed to attacks.

“Now the robbers have made it insecure; so the government should to take steps to make sure that the roads is secure again,” she appealed.

The Yei County representative, Paul Yoane, urged the people of the two counties to help the government by reporting any such incidents.
