The care taker governor of Warrap, Akech Tong Aleu yesterday appointed Abraham Gum Makuac as his Deputy.
Mr. Gum has also been appointed as the Minister of Cabinet Affairs in a gubernatorial decree that was issued last evening.
The Ministry was also created in the same decree.
Abraham Gum had served in the army before he was appointed Deputy Governor.
