Police have arrested three suspected armed robbers in Juba.

The suspects were in possession of arms and construction materials.

The National Police spokesperson, Colonel Monday Enoka, said the individuals were also found with tools for breaking into houses.

“One of the robbers is residing in Malakia; he was arrested with a gun,” Colonel Monday told the state-run SSTV. “The criminals are using the equipment for opening doors and cars.”

James Monday said the police will continue to crack down on criminals in Juba.
