A suspect who killed a boda boda motor cycle rider in Yambio County last week has been burned alive in the town, an official has confirmed.

The unnamed man allegedly slaughtered the rider last week on the outskirts of the town.

Commissioner Hessian Enoka says a mob of riders and people in Thoura suburb attacked the suspect and killed him.

“One of the suspects behind the killing of the Boda Boda boy had been arrested by the community of Thoura,” our Stringer Paul Night explained.

“When the Boda Boda boys heard that one of the suspects had been arrested, they all rushed to the area and started beating the suspects and cutting him into pieces and burned him.”

The commissioner has condemned the act, saying it is ‘unlawful’.
