Kajo-Keji Hospital in Bad Shape

Kajo – Keji Civil Hospital is in a dilapidated condition as well as lacking staff and electricity, an official has said.

A member of Central Equatoria State Transitional Assembly Dabi Francis who came from Kajo –Keji County as an independent representative wants the government to rescue it:

“The whole environment is dirty; the whole environment is bushy. It has become a breeding space for snakes and other animals that are harmful.”

Hon. Dabi said the situation worsens during rainy season.

Kajo-Keji Civil Hospital was established in 1916 during the colonial era.

Mr. Dabi added that the hospital also lacks bed sheets and asks each patient to come with bed sheets and a blanket from home.
