The Ethiopian Prime Minister, Hailemariam Desalegn, has arrived in Juba on an official visit and is expected to address the Transitional National Assembly soon.
Ethiopia is one of the guarantors to the peace agreement and were the host to the negotiations.
Hailemariam landed in Juba this morning, accompanied by his two deputies and were received by First Vice President Taban Deng Gai and other senior government officials.
They proceeded to the presidential palce, J1, to meet with President Salva Kiir, First Vice President Taban Deng and Vice President James Wani Igga.
According to the official schedule, they will sign Memoranda of Understandings and agreements on areas that have not been specified.
The PM will then proceed to the parliament to address the Transitional National Legislature.
