In Addis Ababa, leaders of the SPLM will meet tomorrow for the SPLM Intra-party dialogue.

The intra-party dialogue brings together senior SPLM members to discuss institutional reforms and the issues of democracy within the party.

“it will be setting the agenda and once that agenda is agreed by the two parties then I believe there will be larger meeting to be called,” said John Luk Jok, spokesperson of the former detainees known as the SPLM-7.

Mr. Luk, who was speaking in Nairobi, said they have not been accepted to participate in the peace dialogue that will resume on the 28th of April between the government and the SPLM-in Opposition.

The SPLM-Intra-party Dialogue is being led by Ethiopia’s ruling party, the Peoples’ Revolutionary Democratic Front and the South African ruling party, the African National Congress.
