A woman representative at the Women’s Union in Central Equatoria State has welcomed the deployment of organized forces in Juba to crack down on criminals including ‘Niggers’.

In an interview with Eye Radio, the Speaker of the Central Equatoria Women’s Union, Veronica Joan applauded the Inspector of Police for the work.

She says the crackdown has at least reduced incidents of Niggers in Juba.

Joan urges police to take youngsters who have been arrested during a crackdown on Niggers for further training in the security sector.

Joan pointed out that the police actions have brought sanity to Juba city.

“We appreciate the Inspector General of Polic because he started his work in the right way. We hope that we will not hear the name of Nigger any more because our children run around with pangas even during Christmas celebrations,” said Joan.

“Let IGP continue with his work, collect all these children and enrol them into the police and prison forces, fire brigade and wildlife service training,” she said.

“We didn’t give birth to these children so that they kill themselves, this is the responsibility of the government.”

The Central Equatoria State women leader further called on the government to improve health facilities to offer effective services to the local communities, as well as support farming to boost food production in the country.
