The Spokesperson of the SPLA says the SPLA Command will soon announce arrangements to control insecurity in the country, particularly Juba.
Phillip Aguer said top officials within the SPLA command have been holding a series of meetings to bringing order into the country.
He issued the following statement:
“The SPLA must fight indiscipline that is causing insecurity in Juba. And this has dictated some arrangement whose details will be announced publicly on Monday.”
On Wednesday there was a shootout, which erupted at 9 o’clock after what the government said was a misunderstanding over salary payment between soldiers and a salary committee.
