Kenyan soldiers move 1 km into South Sudan territory

Eastern Equatoria State government says Kenya is extending the borderline deep inside South Sudan. The commissioner of Kapoeta East, Titus Lokwacuma, says the Kenyan authorities have moved almost 1 kilometer into the border town of Nadapal. He speaks with Memo Lasuba.
