Graduates of unified forces told to report for verification

The Joint Defense Board of the SSPDF announced the return to training centers of all graduates of the Necessary Unified Forces within 7 days for verification.

This is according to a joint press issued by Spokesperson Major General Lul Ruai and Colonel Lam Paul on Monday.

According to the army officers, verification teams will be sent to all training centers as soon as possible.

They also stated that that food items for the training centers in Greater Equatoria have already been delivered, and food items for greater Bahr el Ghazal region will arrive within 24 hours.

Meanwhile, food items for training centers in Greater Upper Nile will be delivered by boats.

They warned any member of necessary unified forces who misses the forthcoming verification will not be redeployed and allowed to join phase two of the training.

The joint press statement also further said specific announcements to ranks and files of SPLA-IO and they are required to report to cantonment centers with their personal weapons for phase two.

And that soldiers without guns will not be allowed to enter any of the training centers.
