IGAD countries frustrate peace process efforts – Report

A US based Advocacy group says some IGAD member states involved in the South Sudan peace process have frustrated efforts to find a lasting solution to the conflict.
The Enough Project says these countries have political and economic ties with the country.
The IGAD countries directly involved in the peace process include Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, and Sudan.
In a report, The Enough Group noted that the neighboring Uganda and Sudan are among the countries hindering sanctions against those who obstruct peace.
