Sudan People Liberation Army has accused Sudan Armed Forces of crossing into the South Sudanese territory.

There is a buildup of Sudanese army at the border, SPLA spokesperson Philip Aguer told the press on Sunday.

He said SPLA will write a letter protest to the United Nations Interim Security Forces.

“Yesterday, Sudan Armed Forces came to Kwek.  Kwek is in Shilluk Kingdom in Upper Nile and we are going to protest formerly to the UNISFA.”

Colonel Aguer said he does not know the motive behind the SAF’s move.

“That is totally unacceptable and the sooner they withdraw, the better,” warned Mr. Aguer

He said the SPLA have withdrawn from the all the places which were suggested by the AU-High Implementation Panel in Addis Ababa.
