Munuki SC secured a 1–0 victory over Malakia SC in a South Sudan Premier League match yesterday.

Emmanuel Makeny put Munuki ahead in the 11th minute after the team started strongly.

Malakia responded by pushing forward in search of an equalizer, but Munuki’s defense held firm.

The pressure from Malakia continued in the second half, but the team failed to convert its chances.

Munuki remained organized and threatened on the counter-attack as Malakia pushed more players forward.

Makeny’s 11th-minute goal proved enough to give Munuki SC three points.

Munuki will now turn their attention to their next league fixture, while Malakia will look to recover from the defeat.
