A mob in Kaji-Keji County of Central Equatoria State has lynched  a man to death for murdering a child.

The deceased also wounded three other children in an incident that occurred this morning.

Kajawya John is a journalist based in Keji-Keji. He told Eye Radio that the bodies of those killed have been taken to the police station.

“In Kajo-Keji County this morning at 7 am, a man slashed five children with panga knife and these children belong to his brother. So after the death of one of the children, the community mobilized themselves and killed the victim (him) on spot before the arrival of the police.” He said.

“So after the arrival of the police, the police picked the death body of the victim and taken to the hospital and currently the three children are unconscious in the hospital.” He added.

All the children; the dead and the wounded belonged to the brother of the deceased.
