A man was found dead this morning under the first bridge along Seventh Day Adventist church on Gudele road.

Passers-by and police officers were gathered this morning at the site where the body of the unidentified man was found.

The deceased was wearing a pair of jeans and a black long-sleeve shirt.

He was in his thirties, police say.

A man who lives near where the body was found told Eye Radio that the cause of the man’s death was not known since no blood stains could be seen to indicate that he was beaten to death or shot dead.

“It looks like he died somewhere and was just dumped here,” said the man whose identity has been withheld.

“The way I see it, maybe he was killed by someone, because a drunk person cannot come from a long distance and just fall down under the bridge.

“We the people of this area are now afraid because the police will come and search the whole area looking for the unknown killers, yet we don’t know who killed him.”

Eye Radio was not able to get comments from police officers who were at the scene of the incident.

Last week, a man was also shot dead at Gudele Block Five.
