Juba residents on fuel shortage

Residents of Juba say they cannot get drinking water distributed by tankers due to fuel scarcity. Some say they have closed their toilets because sewage tanks have no fuel to drain the waste. Others have packed their cars due to the fuel shortage. They speak with Ray Okech.
