The IGAD recently declared a power sharing deal between the government and the SPLM in Opposition.
The draft agreement gives the SPLM-IO 33% power-sharing ratio at the national level and 53% in the three states of Unity, Upper Nile and Jonglei within the oil-rich greater Upper Nile region.
Well, Dr Lam Akol, Head of the SPLM-DC has this to say. He speaks with Nichola Mandil.
