President Kiir receives credentials of ten foreign diplomats

President Salva Kiir Mayardit on Wednesday received credentials from 10 foreign ambassadors designated to South Sudan.

The accredited ambassadors include one Resident ambassador and nine Non-resident ambassadors, according to the Presidential Press Unit.

They include Ambassador Guy Warrington from the United Kingdom; Non-resident ambassador Simone Knapp from Austria; Poland Non-resident ambassador, Przemyslaw Bobak; Czech Republic Non-resident ambassador, Miraslav Kosek, and Republic of South Korea Non-resident ambassador Park Sung-Soo

Others are Denmark’s Non-resident ambassador, Kira Smith Sindjberg; People’s Republic of Philippines’ Non-resident ambassador, Marie Charlotte G. Tang.

The President also received the credential of Kingdom of Morocco Non-resident ambassador, Abder-razak Laassel and the. Republic of Burundi Non-resident ambassador, Willy Nyamitew.

 

The foreign diplomates reportedly expressed their commitment to support South Sudan in the areas of education, healthcare, agricultural sector, and humanitarian assistance.
