President Salva Kiir has issued a decree ordering cattle keepers to move all their livestock out of the Equatoria region, to reduce destruction of farms in Greater Equatoria.
The commissioner of Lainya County Huda Mike welcomes the decree, saying it will help prevent communal fights. Ms Mike speaks with Memo.
