The SPLM in Opposition says a batch of its security forces will not arrive in Juba today as scheduled because of bad weather and internal arrangements.

The spokesman of the advance team in Juba, William Ezekiel, says the 130 soldiers are now rescheduled to arrive in Juba tomorrow.
They will add to more than 50 others who came to the capital within the last one week.
‘‘Of course tomorrow we will be having numbers of one hundred and thirty soldiers from Khaldak to Malakal and from Malakal to Juba,” he said, adding that the forces will be transported by both the JMEC and the United Nations.

The soldiers are part of a team of 1,370 troops that are required in Juba before the return of Dr Riek Machar, who would then work with President Salva Kiir to form a transitional government of national unity.
