The Government and the SPLM-IO have accused each other of starting fresh attacks in Northern Liech State.
The state Deputy Governor, John Gurur Gai, told Eye Radio a convoy of government vehicles was attacked on Sunday by the opposition forces.
No casualties have been reported. For his part, Dr Riek Machar’s spokesperson, James Gadet denied the accusation.
The SPLA spokesperson has not commented on the matter.
