The SPLA in Opposition says its Chief of General Staff, General Gatwech Dual and his Protection Force are in Gambella in Ethiopia, waiting to fly to Juba ahead of Dr Riek Machar.
Deputy spokesperson, Major Dickson Gatluak, told Eye Radio that General Gatwech may leave for Juba in one hour or so.
The leader of the SPLM in Opposition, Dr Machar would later follow.
Dr Machar was expected to arrive in Juba yesterday, but he failed due to a delayed clearance for Gen Gatwech.
