The International Organization for Migration says active transmission of Cholera is now limited to Juba.
Suspected cases of the disease were first reported in Juba in May and later spread to other parts of the country, killing more than 20 people.
In a humanitarian update released this morning, the IOM says Cholera transmission in Juba has stabilized over the past three weeks.
As of 18 August, IOM says health facilities had reported some 1,200 cases, with 23 deaths.
It says cases have been contained to Juba, Terekeka and Duk, citing the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization.
The IOM says health and WASH teams continue to support cholera response in Juba and cholera prevention in displacement sites across the country.
It says an estimated 12,500 people remain displaced in Juba due to the fighting that broke out in the capital last month.
A population count at the camp inside the UN House in Jebel Kujur about ten days ago has identified more than 37,200 IDPs.
