The Governor of Central Equatoria is urging the Youth in his State not to select jobs.

He said they must take up any kind of job available in order to improve their living condition.

Governor Clement Wani Konga, was addressing the State employees at Nyakuron Cultural Center in Juba.

“You don’t want to work; you just want to be somebody in the office with the pen. That is wrong,” he said.

Governor Konga challenged the youth in his state, saying they should constitute the workforce in the country instead of employing workers from abroad.

He also said the government is not the only employer.

Governor Konga urged the youth to also seek employment opportunities in private sector.
