The spokesman of the government delegation to the peace talks says the negotiations will resume on Monday next week in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

Michael Makuei Lueth told Eye Radio that the government team has received the invitation from IGAD mediators for the resumption of the talks.

“We have received the invitation telling us that we have to be in Addis on the 13^th; and on 14th we will be moving to another venue outside Addis and then the talks will start on the 15thof September,” said Mr Makuei.

Mr. Makuei did not specify the new venue for the talks, which is said to be outside the Ethiopian capital Addis Ababa.
