Emmanuel Api, the Director of Human Resource in the national Ministry of Public Service said the realignment exercise is meant to place the right person on the right job.

Api urged other government institution to do the same for effective and efficient civil service in the country.

“We encourage other government agencies to take it upon themselves to conduct similar recruitment and re-arrangement exercise to place the right people in the right position for efficiency and effective civil service,” he said.

Mr Apil said this is to enable the institution to deliver services to the people of South Sudan.
