Northern Bahr El Ghazal State Ministry of Public Service and Human Resources Development has given a one week ultimatum to all international and national organizations to submit data of their employees. The State Minister of Public Service, Bol Tong Tong said it is mandatory for non-governmental organizations to avail the detail of their staff to the State government.
Tong added that his ministry is drafting a memo regarding public service regulations which will be tabled before the State council of ministers for approval. He called on South Sudanese graduates to look for jobs at non-governmental institutions and the private sector.
