Author : | Published: Thursday, August 18, 2016

In Yei River State, schools in Lainya County have been closed down for two months now due insecurity.

There have been clashes in the area, forcing thousands of people to flee their homes.

The Director General in the Ministry of Education, Amule Felix, says the students who have remained in the area are currently not attending schools.

Early this week, the Minister of Education in Terekeka said most schools were also closed due to lack of teachers.
