Singer Lady Kola. (Lady Kola/Facebook).

Sensational singer Lady Kola on Friday elated fans at a packed concert in India when she performed a collection of her songs from Muhaba, Geni Fogu, Dugu Kas and Shilu Anna amid wild cheers.

A footage posted on social media shows Kola being escorted to the venue where a crowd of fans, mainly South Sudanese nationals eagerly waits to catch a glimpse of the singer who has apparently gained fame after court cases, arrests and controversies.

Known for her electrifying twerking dance moves, Kola wowed the crowd as a lady in red dress and high heels jumped to the stage to announce a 1,000-US-dollar gift while encouraging others to present gifts.

The musician jetted out of Juba on Friday leaving behind a pending lawsuit against her over a controversial diss track that lawyers claim is morally unacceptable.

A Juba County Court has temporarily banned media houses, social media, nightclubs as well as private and public parties from signer Kola’s ‘Little Girls’ song as it is yet to rule on the case.

This means she cannot as well perform the song on any stage.

In India, Kola knew too well to avoid putting herself in hot water by performing the forbidden ‘Little Girls’ song less the noise could reach the eavesdropping ears of Juba prosecutors.

But she was unable to hush her fans from singing the song as a young man took it upon himself to perform ‘Little Girls’ amid chorus audience.

Kola was arrested on September 17, 2023, after a lawyer filed a case against her over the trending song that is said to contain vulgar lyrics.
