IDLO trains public prosecutors

The Ministry of Justice in collaboration with the European Union and the International Development of Law Organization has started four weeks training for public prosecutors.

The training is on the Administration of Criminal Justice.

The Minister of Justice, Paulino Wanawila Unango says the training is part of the capacity building for prosecutors in the country.

Speaking during the opening of the training, Mr. Wanawila says the exercise aims at improving the judiciary system in the country.

“It is on how you treat those who have committed offences and those the offences have been committed against,” Mr Wanawila said.

Last week the European Union in partnership with the International Development Law Organization, or IDLO organized training for judges from all over the country.
