Pibor Chief Administrator Gola Boyoi Gola. (-)

The Chief Administrator of the Greater Pibor Administrative Area, Gola Boyoi Gola, issued a series of administrative decrees on Tuesday effecting a major reshuffle within the area government.

According to the decree posted on the Administration Official Facebook page, Boyoi relieved and appointed officials across the executive, county administrations and independent commissions.

Among those relieved are Economic Affairs Advisor Guzule Yar Korok and Gender, Child and Social Welfare Advisor Nuren Stephen Allan. He also relieved five cabinet ministers, including Nyakiyoko Yousif Cholo, John Kaka Gain, Jay Adingor Alual, Baba Isaac Nyathi and Elizabeth Kumen Teny.

Boyoi also revoked the appointment of Butrus Ochalla Ojullo as Minister of Labour, Public Service and Human Resource Development.

In the county administrations, he relieved the commissioners of Jebel Boma, Lekuangole and Gumuruk counties of their duties.

The Chief Administrator also relieved the chairpersons and members of several independent commissions, including the Peace Commission, Human Rights Commission, Land Commission and HIV and AIDS Commission, as well as the Deputy Mayor for Administration and Finance of Pibor Municipality.

Among the new appointments, Boyoi named Nyakiyoko Yousif Cholo as Economic Affairs Advisor and Jiji Morris Konyi as Special Advisor.

He appointed John Kaka Gain as Minister of Local Government and Law Enforcement, Simon Gain Ngare as Minister of Housing, Land and Public Utilities, James Allan Ngaricho as Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Animal Resources and Fisheries, Peter Lokale Lokom as Minister of Mining, Wildlife Conservation and Tourism, Bazun Oman Odol as Minister of Labour, Public Service and Human Resource Development, and Abang Odol Ojullu as Minister of Gender, Child and Social Welfare.

Boyoi also appointed David Lokoli Allan, Gada Ngachallan Lodako and Kengen John Lamurden as commissioners of Jebel Boma, Lekuangole and Gumuruk counties, respectively.

The administrative decrees take effect immediately.
