AN inter-communal violence broke out in UNMISS compound in Malakal on Wednesday, leaving at least 18 internally displaced persons dead. 40 others sustained injuries.
MPs representing the Chollo in the National Legislative Assembly say UNMISS failed to protect civilians during the violence.
