Nominations for 2015 national Media Award will be announced tomorrow.
The award is meant to appreciate the role played by individual journalists and media houses in the country.
The initiative is organized by the Community Empowerment and Progress Organization.
“We are going to declare our second national award to journalist of the year, Editor of the year, producer of the year, the media house being a radio or newspaper of the year,” said Edmond Yakani is the executive director of CEPO.
Last year, Eye Radio was voted the best Radio station in South Sudan for its informative and objective news coverage and programming.
The national media awards will be held on the 30th of January 2016.
